At Palazzo Barberini the National Galleries of Ancient Art are hosting an exhibition on the occasion of the four hundredth anniversary of the election of Maffeo Barberini to the papal throne with the name of Urban VIII, which took place in August 1623, the National Galleries of Ancient Art are dedicating an impressive exhibition to his twenty-one years of pontificate (1623-1644).
